“I have worked with Dr. Elly as both a participant of the Fueled and Feminine Metabolism Mentorship and as a patient. Before I started working with her, I thought I was doing everything right - intermittent fasting for extended periods every day, eating low carb, and doing all the exercise. And yet, I found myself with pre-diabetic blood sugar levels, no period for months to years at a time, and struggling to build muscle.
